Sewing Workshops

Our workshops are designed to be fun, encouraging, and creativity-filled, with a low student-to-teacher ratio so every participant receives plenty of individual support. Each workshop has a unique theme and offers several project options for different ages, interests, and skill levels. Depending on their experience, students may complete more than one project in a workshop. Rather than simply following instructions, students are encouraged to think like designers and experiment with colors, fabrics, and incorporating their own creative ideas. By the end of each workshop, students leave with new sewing skills and a one-of-a-kind creation they're proud to take home.

• Who Can Join?
  Workshops are open to ages 7+ no matter your experience level. We make sure every gets a basic tutorial of the machine before we jump in! Parents may join with their children too! Eventually, we would like to add some adult only workshops too : )

• Materials
  All supplies are provided and thoughtfully sourced from sustainable deadstock, repurposed fabrics, and new stock. Fabric options will be emailed for selection ahead of time so everything is prepped and ready on workshop day.

• Cancellation Policy
  Cancellations are non-refundable, but I will offer rescheduling options with a 48 hour notice of cancellations or you can transfer to another student.

• Pricing
  3 hour workshops are $98 and 4 hour workshops are $110 - which includes fabric, sewing supplies, equipment, and sewing patterns.

• Extended Care

  On teacher workdays and school breaks, we offer morning and afternoon extended care options. Just select the add-on at checkout.

• Add on an Introductory Sewing Machine Lesson

  For an additional $15, come 30 minutes early for an introductory lesson or use this for a little extra sewing time. Offered for kids and adult workshops.

• Roster Minimum

  Workshops need at least 8 students to run. If we don’t reach that number, I’ll let you know in advance and provide a full refund. (Bringing a friend / sibling / cousin is always encouraged!)
