Sewing Workshops

These small group workshops are designed to be fun, festive, and inspiring! Sip on a warm seasonal drink (apple cider, pumpkin spice, or hot cocoa) while diving into your project. Each session has a unique theme with scaffolded projects forall skill levels. You’ll leave with new sewing skills and a completed project to be proud of!

  • New to Sewing?
    Add on a 20-minute Sewing Machine Basics session before the workshop for just $15. It’s the perfect way to get comfortable and confident with the machine.

  • Who Can Join?
    Workshops are open to ages 7+ and adults—everyone is welcome! Workshops are capped at 4 students.

  • Materials
    All supplies are provided and thoughtfully sourced from sustainable deadstock, repurposed fabrics, and new stock. Fabric options will be emailed for selection ahead of time so everything is prepped and ready on workshop day.

  • Bring a Group
    Have 3–4 friends or family members who want to join? You can choose the theme of your choice! For larger groups of 4 - 8 students, I can travel to you on the day and time of your choice. Just email me if interested!

  • Cancellation Policy
    Cancellations are non-refundable, but I will offer rescheduling options with a 48 hour notice of cancellations.

  • Pricing
    3 hour workshops are $98 which includes all materials. If you are planning on signing up for more than one workshop, please reach out for a discount code.

  • Roster Minimum

    Workshops need at least 2 students to run. If we don’t reach that number, I’ll let you know and provide a full refund. (Bringing a friend is always encouraged!)

Halloween Inspired Sews

Choose from a variety of Halloween inspired projects such as stuffed pumpkins and ghosts, trick-or-treat bags, dog costumes, and patchwork sweatshirts. Whether you are a beginner or experienced sewer, you’ll improve your sewing skills, enjoy some pumpkin spice, and take home a boo-tiful project!

  • Trick-or-Treat Bag or Patchwork Ghost Sweatshirt*:

    10am - 1pm on Thursday, October 2

    *I’ll have a limited number of adult sweatshirts available to use, but students are encouraged to bring one of their own that needs a makeover. With enough time, you may even be able to create two!

  • Stuffed ghosts, pumpkins, or pumpkin dog costume:

    1pm - 4pm on Friday, October 17

  • Trick-or-Treat Bag or Patchwork Ghost Sweatshirt*:

    1pm - 4pm on Monday, October 20

    *I’ll have a limited number of adult sweatshirts available to use, but students are encouraged to bring one of their own that’s ready for a makeover. With enough time, you may even be able to create two!

  • Stuffed ghosts, pumpkins, or pumpkin dog costume:

Holiday Sews

Tis the season to be crafty! Enjoy some hot cocoa and a day of sewing. Projects range from holiday bunting banners, ornaments, stuffed gnomes, stars, or christmas trees, holiday patchwork sweatshirts, and quilted oven mits or stockings.
